In late 2022, as the UX/UI Manager at UX Centers, I had the privilege of leading a talented team through a series of impactful projects. Among these endeavors, Mossahamati stood out as a significant achievement. Mossahamati is a cutting-edge business management tool tailored specifically for the needs of businesses in Arabic countries. This innovative platform provides users with comprehensive capabilities to streamline operations, from accounting to HR management. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it a valuable asset for businesses seeking to enhance efficiency and productivity in their operations.
Problem
The problem they were trying to solve was that many of their customers were having difficulty managing their businesses, especially given the ever-changing nature of business and technology.
Solution
Moussahamati's solution was to create an allin-one platform that would allow customers to easily manage all aspects of their business, from accounting and marketing to inventory and customer relations.

Quantitative Method
In my research study, I utilized google forms as a data collection tool, obtaining 112 valuable responses. This quantitative approach aimed to gather data for analysis and draw meaningful conclusions.



Qualitative Method
Using Google Meet as the virtual interaction medium, I conducted enlightening interviews with nine people as part of my qualitative research technique. These in-depth discussions enabled a thorough study of the viewpoints, experiences, and insights of the participants, producing rich qualitative data.

Insight driven from the interviews
During the UX research phase for Mossahamati, insightful patterns emerged from the interviews conducted with various stakeholders. Across the spectrum of business owners interviewed, a common theme emerged: the quest for accessible solutions to enhance their company management. Many expressed a desire for tools boasting user-friendly interfaces, recognizing the importance of simplicity in navigating complex business tasks. Additionally, a subset of interviewees highlighted the significance of finding skilled professionals who could offer tailored assistance in managing their businesses effectively. Interestingly, there was also a notable group seeking to bolster their own technical management abilities, indicating a desire for resources that fostered personal growth and development in this realm. Overall, these interviews underscored the importance of Mossahamati not just as a tool but as a facilitator of empowerment, catering to the diverse needs and aspirations of business owners across the Arabic landscape.

Information Architecture
After talking to the people involved and business owners, we agreed to create two interfaces: one for clients, like business owners who use the toll system, and another for the Mossahamati administration, called the Back-office Interface (BO). The client interface is for toll users, mostly business owners, while the Back-office Interface is for Mossahamati administration. We'll hire and train experts to use the Back-office Interface to assist clients with managing their businesses.

After rigorous iterations, we've finalized three prototypes that showcase our progress. However, our journey doesn't end here. The team continues to fine-tune these prototypes while also delving into additional features. Concurrently, we're dedicated to comprehensive product testing to ensure its functionality and user satisfaction. Our commitment to refinement and innovation remains unwavering as we strive for excellence in our final product.

What's Next
We've completed the initial phase focusing solely on the login part of the mobile app. However, our journey is far from over. Our next step involves expanding the functionality of the app beyond just login capabilities. Moving forward, we've decided to streamline the user experience by consolidating all features into a single interface, specifically tailored for our clients.
